We carry out regular tests on how the weekly bulletin meets accessibility standards.
This is done using w3.org tools –
specifically Wave, a11y and Web Accessibility, among others.
At the time of writing – July 2019 – the latter gives leedsbestcity.org a compliance score of 86 per cent.
We will look to improve this in terms of refining the bulletin's alternate captioning, labels, contrast and
links, among other items.
